11:22 <gaal> assuming the connection isn't broken. are you familiar with rsync? the idea is that if it *is* broken then you can retype the same command and it'll resume the transfer correctly.

11:26 <gaal> so you can leave an irc open on feaher... and if your SSH connection dies, you log in again, and reconnect to the old one!
